1. How do we get started?
The
first step is to contact us via our Contact Form. Your
email will be answered promptly and we will set up a time and a neutral location that is convenient to meet for an
in-person consultation. During the consultation we will
discuss your ideas, colors, themes and preferences. If we decide to go
forward we will then email you an official quote for you to sign and contract. Of
course, these consultations are always complimentary and require no
commitment on your part.
2. How long does it take to complete my order?
Depending on the quantity requested and materials involved, it will take approximately 2 - 6 weeks.
After
your consultation, we will estimate the approximate time it will take to complete. Of course, we will try
our best to accommodate you if you need your design finished as a
rush order.
3. Can I see samples of my invitations before they are completed?
Absolutely!
In fact, we insist on it! We want to be sure you will be completely satisfied with the final result. Once we have selected
the papers and supplies we will be using on your design, we will
email you a scan of what the completed design will look like. At
that time, we can discuss any design changes or additions
you may have. We will not continue on the order until we have your complete approval.
4. What forms of payment do you accept?
Expressions
with Flair accepts cash, money orders, cashier's checks and PayPal. We
require a 50% down payment at the beginning of the project. The
remaining 50% and any other additional fees (photo scanning or
reprinting (if applicable) and shipping) will
be due at the completion of the project.
